Special Considerations
Some homes require additional steps to ensure optimal performance. These special considerations address unique conditions like well water or new construction.
Well Water
A variable upcharge applies based on lab results and your home’s unique conditions. Final pricing will be set after your free in-home water test and full analysis. Financing is available, subject to credit approval.
New Construction
Starting at $350 upcharge applies for new construction, along with a required ‘Big Blue’ pre-filter to protect against sedimentation. Final installation and pricing will include this upgrade.
